Sometimes Mother Nature has her own plans—and in true spring-in-Utah fashion, our original May Hiking Happy Hour got rained out. 🌧️ But that didn’t stop us! We regrouped, rescheduled, and made the most of it with a sunny delayed Cinco de Mayo celebration on May 7th—and it was totally worth the wait. ☀️🌮🍹
We kicked things off with a scenic evening hike along the Pipeline Trail from Rattlesnake Trailhead in Millcreek Canyon. The trail gave us just enough incline to get our hearts pumping and plenty of gorgeous views to remind us why we love this place. The vibes were relaxed, the wildflowers were blooming, and the conversation flowed just as easily as the creek below.
After working up an appetite, we made our way to Facil Taqueria for tacos, margaritas, and a whole lot of laughter. Their dining room was perfect for our crew to kick back, share stories from the trail, and toast to good company and great adventures. It may have been a few days late, but the Cinco spirit was alive and well!
