On a recent Sunday, we swapped hiking boots for heart rate monitors and hit the orange zone with our friends at Orangetheory Fitness Holladay—and wow, did we feel the burn in all the best ways.
This was no ordinary workout. From the moment we walked through the doors, the energy was electric. Orangetheory’s head coach, Nicole, welcomed us with open arms (and playlists that slapped), ready to guide us through a fun, challenging, and totally GOAT-worthy group workout. For many of us, it was our first time trying an Orangetheory class—but the support, encouragement, and camaraderie made it feel like we’d been doing it together for years.
We rowed. We ran. We lifted. We cheered each other on through every rep and every round, proving once again that movement is always better with community. Whether you were a seasoned OTF-er or a curious first-timer, everyone left feeling strong, sweaty, and proud.
After the workout, we cooled down with snacks, giveaways, and plenty of laughs. True to GOAT form, it wasn’t just about fitness—it was about friendship, fun, and showing up for each other.
