When I launched Girls Only Adventure Trips just over a year ago, I had one goal in mind: to create a space where women could connect, recharge, and find confidence in the outdoors.
I had no idea that just one year later, I’d be standing on a mountain surrounded by laughter, hiking boots, and a community of 100 incredible women who’ve joined us on the trail.
💯 A Milestone That Means So Much More Than a Number
For GOAT, this milestone isn’t just about quantity. It’s about connection.
Every woman who’s joined an adventure has brought her own story, her own courage, and her own reason for showing up. Some came looking for a reset, others came looking for friendship, and many came just to see what they were capable of.
What they found was something more powerful than any summit: community.

From sunrise hikes in the Wasatch to soaking in hot springs and exploring national parks like Olympic and Capitol Reef, each GOAT adventure has been about saying “yes” to something new.
The outdoors has a funny way of reminding us who we are. When you’re out on a trail, surrounded by nature and women cheering you on, you remember that you’re capable of more than you think.
That’s what GOAT is really about – rediscovering confidence, joy, and connection in the wild.

Every trip starts with strangers and ends with friends. We’ve seen women conquer fears, share stories under starry skies, laugh until they cry, and build bonds that extend far beyond the trail.
The 100-women milestone represents more than miles hiked. It represents 100 stories of courage, community, and belonging.

We’re just getting started. In 2026, we’re adding new adventures — from weekend escapes in Idaho and East Tennessee to more Local GOATs closer to home, including some fun Trail Volunteer days to give back to the land.
Because when women come together outdoors, amazing things happen.
