Halloween week with GOAT was one for the (spell)books! From haunted hikes to cauldron-side chili, our crew of adventurous women brought the energy, the costumes, and the cackles for four straight nights of fright during Halloween week. Here’s how it all went down.
Night 1: Glow in the Dark Yoga
We rolled out our mats for Glow in the Dark Yoga on Monday evening. Between the neon body paint, blacklights, and upbeat spooky playlist, the room practically pulsed with energy. We stretched, laughed, and found our balance under a haze of glowing color, proof that movement and mindfulness can still have a wild side. The highlight? Watching everyone’s glowing smiles light up the dark.
Night 2: Haunted History Stroll
Our second event was a moonlit walk through the local legends and ghostly tales of Memory Grove Park in downtown Salt Lake. Between eerie whispers and flickering lanterns, we learned that a few spots around town are a little more spirited than we thought. Let’s just say no one wanted to be last in line on the trail.
Night 3: Hiking Happy Hour — Ghost Falls Edition
What’s better than a sunset hike? A spooky one, complete with costumes, sunset glow, and a few surprise appearances from “forest ghosts” before finishing up with dinner at Fueled Fresh Kitchen in Draper. We conquered the climb, toasted under twilight skies, and remembered that ghost stories hit different when you’re still in the woods.
Night 5: Boos & Stews Chili Party
The house smelled amazing before anyone even stepped inside. We made a festive squash chili and reveled in all the fun Halloween costumes and candy eating – a great time was had by all!
Until Next Spooky Season…
Halloween week reminded us what GOAT is all about—community, adventure, and a little chaos in costume form. Thanks to everyone who came out, dressed up, showed up, and made it such a wickedly good time.
See you on the next trail (maybe with fewer ghosts).
👻 Stay wild, witches.
