The Experience

Alpine Swim Club is your invitation to step outside your comfort zone and into some of the most beautiful alpine water in Utah. This is not about being the fastest swimmer or the most experienced outdoorswoman. It’s about showing up, supporting each other, and doing something that makes you feel alive.

We’ll explore a curated lineup of stunning lakes and reservoirs, building confidence in cold water, connecting with nature, and creating a community of women who are here for more.

Whether you’re brand new to cold plunging or already obsessed, this club is designed to meet you where you are.
